Thuan Thao Resort, located on the sea in the province of Phu Yen, is a grand scale project which spreads over 95 hectares.

The Thuan Thao Company, which is one of our privileged partners and with who we have already worked on several projects, entrusted us with the full design of a seaside resort able to compete with the two giants of tourism which surround it: Hoi An to the north, and Nha Trang to the south. We just inaugurated the first phase (January 2009), the design of 12 hectares of sea front, for which we used a maximum of local materials arranged as a careful integration with the landscape and a preservation of artisanal traditions.

The second phase has begun, with a strong emphasis on the beauty of the existing landscape. Many ambiances are recreated as small villages between sand dunes, coconut palms, and small streets, with water as the connecting element.
