The first project which we worked on with the company Song Da Thang Long, a symbol of the strong connections we have woven with them since then. A collaboration which has continued for twelve projects, of which several are currently under construction, and which illustrates the policy of partnership on which we base our office and manage our client relationships.

Located in the Ha Dong quarter (Hanoi, Vietnam), it is a mixed use building to which we wished to give a strong image. Its design as a double ellipse offers the advantage of not relying on a main façade but instead placing a building beside the boulevard which distinguishes itself and is remarkable in the both directions of traffic. The inspiration came from New York skyscrapers of the 1930s, with a gradation of windows moving up the tower, which gives a soaring, dynamic aspect to the building.

We were present at the opening of the construction site in September 2008, the building’s opening is planned for 2012.
